Engagement Methodology
IdentIT Inc.
uses a proven methodology during each of our engagements. This approach
ensures that the solution or solutions that we develop actually
meet your organizations needs and requirements.
A typical engagement
consists of the following components:
-
Knowledge Transfer.
IdentIT Inc. delivers customized training, focusing on the
specific requirements of the engagement. The training includes
discussions on the customer's project.
-
Requirements Gathering.
An IdentIT Inc. consultant will gather design requirements
for the engagement. Requirements include security, application,
technical, business, and external requirements. The IdentIT
Inc. project manager will assist in defining the vision
scope document for the engagement.
-
Development of the engagement
design and implementation documentation.
The IdentIT Inc. consultant will build a virtual simulation
of the customer's network, and design a solution environment
in order to meet the design requirements gathered previously.
-
Implementation of Test
network. The
customer will use the design document and implementation
instructions to deploy the proposed solution in a proof
of concept network. This phase may either be performed entirely
by the customer with an IdentIT Inc. consultant providing
remote support, or, if the customer requires, the consultant
may be on site during this phase.
-
Finalize the design and
implementation documentation.
Based on the results from the implementation of the Test
network, an IdentIT Inc. consultant will make any necessary
changes to the documentation in order to produce a final
version.
-
Solution implementation.
Using the design and implementation documentation developed,
the solution will be implemented with the assistance and
guidance of an IdentIT Inc. consultant.
